Great staff, very welcoming and made sure our shy dog was comfortable and cared for!

As a pet owner, I would like to be able to see more of what is happening. I would like to observe the examination process with my pets. Also, any advice that can be given to help teach owners some of the pet care skills, such as nail trims would be greatly appreciated as well. Those are things that many pet owners I know would appreciate.

Please change the voice prompt when you phone the animal hospital. The women’s voice is hard to understand and not upbeat. The recording is muffled and sounds outdated. A more mature and welcoming voice would be appreciated. The voice that answers the phone in a recording is the first impression that is made to your clients. I was a receptionist and I am aware of voices for businesses.

I was disappointed in booking my appointment, I attempted online over a week in advance. I got that automated email saying the office got my request day and time and a staff member would be contacting me to confirm my appointment. I never heard from the office confirming my appointment, I realized the night before that in fact I never got a confirmation. When I called of course the time I thought I was booking was not available and I had to come later in the morning than I requested. Just remove that feature from your website if you’re not going to fulfill appointments.

The cheapest place I have found thus far! Plus, everyone was insanely friendly and loved on my dog! I am insanely thankful for them to diagnose her and to give me the items to get her better! Super happy we have found FAH!!!

All excellent service! Dr. Paige is wonderful and she took time to answer all my questions. I know Brigetta isn t the friendliest dog but no one every complains about it and that means a lot. (I have not always had that experience with my past veterinarian office.

I called at 9am ish and we were seen at 3pm. This was our 3rd visit for the same issue in a year and were given more options THAT WORKED!!! We are thrilled with the services and prices at FAH!!! Thank you for all you do! It is well worth the drive!
