I drive 45 minutes just to go here. My pup loves all of the vet techs, Dr. Sheck and Dr. Buchanon. I moved to CT and still drive all the way out to see them. I appreciate all that they do!

Thank God for Dr. Scheck and his team. My dog Mace is 18.5 years old and needed a myriad of things that required surgery. Naturally, I was very worried. Dr. Scheck and Allison both took time to answer my many questions and explain to me exactly how the surgery is to unfold. I felt reassured and the surgery was a miraculous success. Both Dr. Scheck and Allison clearly explained post op processes and Mace is resting peacefully. Thank you Dr. Scheck and team!

The Doctor (Dr. Joe) did not look at or examine my cat in front of me. I expected Jesse (my cat) to be taken to another room for his blood test. He was taken into another room and never examined in front of me by Dr. Joe. Dr. Joe brought him back to the room I was in in his carrier (he had been taken out by Jesse, your employee, who I liked very much, without the carrier). I asked Dr. Joe if the cat had a fever - he said the cat was angry and he did not want to stress him by taking his temperature. I told him the cat was having trouble eating, he said he might have sores under his tongue. I suggested we take a look, but he did not want me to remove the cat from his carrier. My cat is very friendly and gentle. He has had his temperature taken before and has been thoroughly examined before. I found this whole experience rather disturbing. Dr. Joe didn t seem very interested in helping with his illness, but kept discussing having his teeth cleaned. When I asked him to fill out my insurance form he said he did not have a diagnosis yet. I told him the cat was having a herpes flare up and he was diagnosed by Dr. Scheck. I don t think Dr. Joe even looked at his records. I will not see Dr. Joe again.

Overall satisfied, albeit diagnosis and prognosis was not good. Grateful that we were able to come in same day within 2 hours of call for appt. It was a long visit - was there for almost two hours total for consultations and x-ray. Final bill indicates that pet diagnostics and meds have increased significantly the last few years.
