If the drs are running behind (ie 30-50 minutes behind) they should have the receptionist call the patients so that we may come later verses sitting there waiting. Can also offer to reschedule instead of waiting, especially when so far behind.

I was sorry to see that all your long time employees had left their jobs their. It seems like there are always new faces there. I like seeing the same people when I come in. It makes the place more comfortable and its nice to know that the workers know me and my pet.

When I arrived on time for 11:00 I was alone in the waiting room and exam rooms were empty as well. I didn t understand the waiting - over ten mins. to get into the exam room and approx. another ten waiting for the doctor after the initial screening. It s certainly understandable if there are patient(s) in the office but I know that you, as customers of various offices yourselves, grasp the vexation felt when you ensure your on-time arrival for appointments and then experience apparent undue waiting.

I appreciate that waiting times are always something that one has to expect, but I thought the amount of time between when we were called into the exam room and when the exam actually began was noticeably and uncomfortably long. Still, the attention and time taken once the exam began was greatly appreciated.

Right as I walked in, I felt very welcomed. The receptionist and vet techs both greeted me and were very polite. I came in for acupuncture on my dog Gus. Dr. Buchanan was not only thorough about explaining everything, she also listened and I truly felt her care. Thank you doctors and staff!!

Although she was nice and friendly at the end of the appointment, the receptionist didn’t greet us when we came in. She was on the phone when we first came in but even when she got off she didn’t say hello or ask who we were. I don’t think she even looked up. We just sat in the waiting area in silence until we were called in. I guess I just wasn’t used to it because we usually are greeted so warmly. Like I said she was really great at the end so I’m chalking it up to everyone having a bad day once in awhile because this is usually not the case for any other time we’ve been there.
