Can t tell if my clicks registered on the scale, but I gave all 6 areas an Excellent rating. Drizzle and I got positive attention from all staff, and I got good advice on care for a situation that is new to me (abandoned kitten). Drizzle seems to be doing well.

As an employee of an animal hospital myself (AMC in NYC) I was more than satisfied with the level of service provided. From the ease of making the appointment, to the knowledge and professionalism of the staff, to the 48 hour follow up call I was totally impressed. items 4 & 6 were scored 5 but they didn t record I was supposed to tutor someone in Newburgh at 2 PM . If she hadn t canceled, I never would have gotten there on time. I believe I left the office at 1:30. It would have been too close.

Your new facility is BEAUTIFUL and pet attractive. Very cool to have a charging station outside your door, very cool decor, wonderful DVMs! I wouldn t go anywhere else - loving the personal attention to detail with our furry children. Congratulations on your new place - you both deserve it!

Overall, I was happy with Dr Scheck as a Vet but the wait time was off the charts. I arrived at 6:00 on 8/14 for my appointment and walked out at 8:15. He did not come in to see me until 7:15. Although the vet service itself was great I left with a bad taste in my mouth. Additionally, I had changed my mind about the course of treatment we had put in place the previous night, so the office staff assured me that he would call me to discuss it. I have still not received that call.
