Our pet is giving royal treatment by the doctors and the entire staff on each and every visit.

I have been coming here for over 21 years and this is the first time we were forgotten. Love the Doctors and care they give my fur babies. Got there 4:30 for 4:45 appt and Pantha was not taken till 5:30! Had to shut car off and it got cold and had to call numerous times. The sad part is I brought her in for UTI and she had to hold her bladder that long. Staff apologized, I kept my patience, but not happy.

It seems like appointments never occur on time, this appointment was 45 mins late, but I have waited over an hour at some.

Mid Island is a wonderful animal hospital! I greatly appreciate the care my elderly cats receive, especially from Dr. Crosio. The technician who helped me yesterday was especially kind and caring. I am sorry I did not get his name so I could give him a personal thank you in this survey.

Dr. Wieman is the best! We always feel comfortable knowing that our fur babies are under her care.

The girl that checked everyone in the day I was there was amazing. I did not catch her name but she was wearing a bright tie dye sweatshirt. Personable, a smile for everyone and kept us informed.

The hospital was obviously very busy. But when each of the 2 girls skidded to a stop at our car, to pick up, drop off our Border Collie or explain things, they treated us as if they had nothing else to do and that we had their full attention and best interest in mind... making sure we were satisfied! = 5 star rating!

Thanks for being there for everyone that needs your services during this pandemic. I know it can be trying at times but you guys made it work. I’ve always appreciated your caring from staff to doctors for the excellent quality of care all my animals have received over the past twenty plus years.

Even within the constraints of the pandemic, the Vets & all staff at Mid-Island are not just professional, but kind & helpful.

Dr Kornet and his staff are beyond wonderful. I have referred friends and family to this practice. All have been so happy with the care and services they have received from Dr Kornet and his staff. I tried to click on all 5 stars but for some reason I was unable too.

4. The conversations with Dr. W were great. She answered all the questions I had and my dog, Maximus, came out calm after his appointment. Only downside was the 80min wait from time I got to the parking light until someone came out to pick up my dog.

The Dr s and staff of Mid-Island never disappoint. Even in the pandemic your pet s health is their utmost concern.
