This pandemic has been hard on all of us but the staff at Mid Island is always friendly and professional!! The doctors are wonderful and caring, especially Dr. Raciti, who has been taking care of my Creampuff since she was a puppy! Seventeen years later and my girl is still going strong! Happy holidays to you all!!

The doctors and staff are always very courteous and friendly. My only “complaint,” (and only because I got this survey,) would be the wait time. I understand appointments get backed up, especially with the COVID protocols in place, but I sat in my car, waiting, for 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before my pets were even seen. This happens at every visit, or I would not have mentioned it. Time management/appt booking might need a little work, but otherwise, I’m very happy with the practice and I have peace of mind knowing my pets are well taken care of.

We appreciated you were able to squeeze our cat in for his emergency visit. We have been clients for over 20 years. This is our first experience with Dr. Wu and she seems thorough, experienced, and compassionate.

Mid Island Animal Hospital is a superior hospital. I have been a client since 2003. I travel over 19 miles each way, for not only are all the doctors experts, skilled and knowledgeable, they show compassion and care. Dr. Kornet treats each pet as if they belonged to him. It is as if he waves a magic wand, for he has the gift of seeing that your pet will grow very old. He is presently treating my 16 year old diabetic cat, I am certain thatmy cat will see another year. He worked the same magic for my 15 year old dog Rosie. The vets and the staff become your pets home away from home. Tender loving care is given to each animal. The staff is attentive as well. I have confidence in Mid Island Animal Hospital. They take great efforts to ensure the best care will be given. They stayed open throughout the Pandemic, creating a call in service , where owners waited outside while animals received medical care....I feel grateful to all the doctors and staff at this wonderful hospital. Simply put, they are the best!!!
