The doctors are always very kind and compassionate about my pet.

I had a simple blood draw appointment at 9:40. Did not need to see a vet, only a technician was necessary. Was not seen until 10:40.

Dr. Dhavan’s recommended chicken and rice which Madison readily ate. The anti nausea medicine was spot on as were other measures applied. Anxiously awaiting test results on Monday. I’m giving mid Island top accolades from reception, the vet tech and of course the doctor.

I ve been going there for 17 or 18 years. The doctors are wonderful. Today, after numerous texts, calls and emails reminding me of my appointment, I waited for 50 minutes with an anxious dog before being seen. That s not cool.After he was seen, it was another 20 mins to pay the bill. All totaled, one hour and 20 mins for two shots and a five minute exam.

Very pleased with the care my dog has always been given. The doctor gave a thorough exam and explained everything clearly. With a senior pet it’s a bit more complicated. A caring staff is much appreciated.
