I m not sure which vet I saw on Friday when we rushed Sulley in but thank you for dropping everything you were doing to care for Sulley and then calling ahead to the EVET and sending all his charts over before I even got there your care and speed is a major factor in saving his life. Thank you

Long wait times of over an hour for each of my visits. The response for these delays are always “the vets are running behind schedule” and although unforeseen circumstances occurs, it seems like appointments are being scheduled back to back without consideration of how long each visit lasts. A suggestion would be to figure out the average time needed per visit and schedule appointments for clients accordingly.

Dr. Mazzola is the best vet in the entire world !!!!! She took such great care of Stark ! She’s lovely.

Dr Kornet was kind, thoughtful and amazing during a stressful appointment. He was reassuring, calm and confident. He is truly a gifted vetenerain and a blessing from God for Emily and Frank Sciarretta and our service dogs.

5. Very accommodating.

I think the Doctors are great and the staff very friendly. But reasons for not giving 5 stars is only because of the long wait. I have cats and unlike most dogs they do not like to be in the car or a cage. Unfortunately they get super stressed out waiting, which stresses me out. 10-15 minutes I get but we have waited over 45 minutes from the appointment time to actual be called in. It’s really to long. If that could improve it was be greatly appreciated.

5. Dr Riciti is amazing

Visiting Mid Island is always a great experience. I m not too happy with the wait sometimes, but I understand that things happen and I may have to wait longer than usual. It is refreshing when the vet calls to explain the wait.

As always the care was excellent!

Dr. Kornet was wonderful with my 2 dogs!! He was thorough and very helpful in explaining everything beneficial I could do for my pups. He has a terrific bedside manner.

I think that each Vet in this practice is terrific. I have had only great experiences with each of them. However, Here are a few suggestions: - Increase the parking spaces - Clean the rooms up better - Place a chair in each room for the pet Owner - Your fees are on the high side. Every visit cost me an average of $400. Most people will choose another Vet because of this.
