The doctors take their time with you. They make the pets feel comfortable. They never make me feel rushed. I can always ask all the questions I have. I feel that my pet is in good hands. Pricey though. Definitely helps to have pet insurance!

I drive thirty minutes to Mid Island Animal Hospital because I fully trust Dr Kornet and the family of veterinarians that work with him. Would not go anywhere else.

It was a terrible visit. I dropped off my dog at 9;30 am fir a bath.. I wasn’t called till I called at 2 and was told to come back at 3;30. When I got thee I waited another 46 minutes.i was given constant excuses of why I was waiting so long. they were just washing him and they didn’t even cut his nails. I paid $65 for a rushed and forgotten bath. I will never bring him there again for anything extra.

Dr. Did not spend much time with me. I mentioned that I was concerned about my dog s hearing and she never said anything about it. She prescribed a mousse for his skin but it is really a gel that needs to be washed out. Both the Dr and the tech were very impersonal as was the front desk staff.
