Tooklong to get an appointment. The head tech is not so friendly, compared to the rest of the staff. Shoul0d offer a price sheet for services. The office is clean but outdated.

Dr. Ruffrano was thorough and explained everything in detail. As usual, it was a pleasant visit. The staff up front is always cheerful and accommodating.

Waiting time was due to another emergency which I can appreciate and totally accept. The staff was wonderful and apologized for the delay. So the rating only indicates the time period not my disappointment with waiting. Your office staff is wonderful

Nicest most helpful staff in a vet s office that I ve ever dealt with!

I am at ease from the minute I walk into the waiting room until the time I walk out the door to leave with my pup. The staff is so friendly and so patient, and the doctor is fantastic. I never feel rushed through our appointment and she is incredibly knowledgeable. I feel so lucky to have found St. Francis. Cooper does too!

Everyone is great

Dr Rufano was amazing as always and the staff were generous with treats since my dog is super nervous. The staff held my dog and worked on the floor with him since he’s comfier there. Super considerate! Walked out with a successful and happy visit!

The staff is excellent

I realize that everything is going up in price everywhere. I was taken a bit back by the bill for this visit. It seems that some things are quite expensive and when discussing with the people I work with who are all pet owners, they all said it may be time to shop around. And I still need to come back for a recheck on Jake s ears which I may skip due to the cost. And Jake is due for his annual and shots in July so that will be another big bill.

Thank you for making our first experience at Saint Francis Hospital a pleasant one. It was great to see Dr. Polehinke again. We have been a patient of his for over 20 years. So it was like a reunion. It was amazing how Daisy actually recognized him. Diane & Wayne Bickelman and Daisy too ????
