The most amazing office and staff. Everyone was top notch and really cared for my pet. Wonderful experience and I would highly recommend to family and friends.

Dr Rufrano was very good with Finn. She had a great rapport with our anxious dog and was very kind and sweet. Denise the tech who was working with the dr was also wonderful. They were friendly and welcoming.

Everything was excellent as always

We understand appointments need to be rescheduled, but if our appointment is going to be rescheduled with a different vet I would like to be informed. I rather wait for my annual vet visit to see the specific veterinarian I chose. Prices of vaccines or treatments are never stated during the appointment, I’ve always had to ask prior for an estimated bill. When asked if I would like to run an optional test or vaccine during the appointment just state the price since it is standard.

Tooklong to get an appointment. The head tech is not so friendly, compared to the rest of the staff. Shoul0d offer a price sheet for services. The office is clean but outdated.

Dr. Ruffrano was thorough and explained everything in detail. As usual, it was a pleasant visit. The staff up front is always cheerful and accommodating.

Waiting time was due to another emergency which I can appreciate and totally accept. The staff was wonderful and apologized for the delay. So the rating only indicates the time period not my disappointment with waiting. Your office staff is wonderful

Nicest most helpful staff in a vet s office that I ve ever dealt with!

I am at ease from the minute I walk into the waiting room until the time I walk out the door to leave with my pup. The staff is so friendly and so patient, and the doctor is fantastic. I never feel rushed through our appointment and she is incredibly knowledgeable. I feel so lucky to have found St. Francis. Cooper does too!

Everyone is great

Dr Rufano was amazing as always and the staff were generous with treats since my dog is super nervous. The staff held my dog and worked on the floor with him since he’s comfier there. Super considerate! Walked out with a successful and happy visit!
