Dr. Rufrano and ALL the staff at St Francis Hospital for Animals are amazing and that’s why we drive 1/2 hour or more to see them! Great care very thorough I just love them all!

Dr Rufrano was very good with Finn. She had a great rapport with our anxious dog and was very kind and sweet. Denise the tech who was working with the dr was also wonderful. They were friendly and welcoming.

We understand appointments need to be rescheduled, but if our appointment is going to be rescheduled with a different vet I would like to be informed. I rather wait for my annual vet visit to see the specific veterinarian I chose. Prices of vaccines or treatments are never stated during the appointment, I’ve always had to ask prior for an estimated bill. When asked if I would like to run an optional test or vaccine during the appointment just state the price since it is standard.
