Hopefully in future months we will be able to go in with our Pets to reduce their stress level. Unfortunately due to present situation & safety of both staff & clients, it is understandable & called for.

Everything was great. Only negative is that it is really hard to get an appointment. This is especially frustrating when one of my pets is sick or having an issue. The vets and staff are wonderful.

All was perfect but I miss the in-office visits where you can see who you are talking with and watch the exam.

I was told a detailed receipt for my visit was e-mailed. I never received it.[Although I received the request for a survey] I feel the charges are a very high. I have never had a visit (even without vaccinations)for under $300.00

Dr Parendo and Carlton were super patient, kind and gentle.

Dr. Polehinke saw my dog Pookie recently. He was so very nice, very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions very patiently. Dr. Fufrano has also taken care of my dog and has been so pleasant and professional. Both are definitely assets to the practice.

I did not go into the office, but I felt that I received my usual great service I expect from them.

I am very pleased with Dr. Polehinke. He takes the time to explain my dog s issues, and answered all my questions (and I asked alot) He is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him. I really felt he cared about my dog when he recommended not to get a certain treatment that I thought my dog needed. He said to wait, and took the time to explain why. The youtube video he recommended was also very helpful.

Only Vet office I have used in 50 years....each medical team has been the best.

My cat was having an emergency (UTI with bleeding) and they let me come in RIGHT away. This meant the world to me, I cannot thank you enough for helping my Callie!!!

My first visit and couldn’t have been more happier. On time, reassuring, professional and courteous. Most of all when Sissy was returned to me she was calm and happy
