I was extremely happy with the services, the Dr took his time to explain the diagnosis. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff is very polite and kind.

It was easy to get in and be seen. The office was clean. Did not have to wait long. Billing for blood work was astronomical. I came in because my dog was drooling and told the dr after she drank water from bowl there was a foamy film left in dogs bowl. She asked about my water. I have 2 dogs this only happens to the one. It is not my water!! If I thought it was I would not be there, considering the cost. One would think the vet would have put a bowl of water out for Daisy to drink... That did not happen. instead wanted to immediately run xrays and blood test. It is 2:17 on Monday office visit was Saturday am. No one called to ask how she is and no blood work yet. I am not happy at all and my dog is not well. Waiting for results and most likely will be visiting a new vet for both dogs.

My dog was seen by a “nurse”. I’m not sure exactly what a vet nurse is. I know it’s not a licensed profession. Was my dog seen by a licensed vet tech? If not, please explain what a vet nurse is and if they are licensed by NY State.

Always a great experience and friendly staff..??

I was told twice last week that there were no openings for my pet to be seen. I found this extremely frustrating. I then went one emergency care clinic and waited 4 hours and then left. I called a second emergency clinic and was told the wait was over 6 hours. I was pleasantly surprised when I called St. Francis, ready to inform the receptionist of what was going on, and somehow got an appointment. I would like to be able to visit my own veterinarian when my pets need it. This was not the first time I have been told that you have no available appointments when my pet is sick.

Dr. Rufrano and the staff are very friendly and professional.

It was a very pleasant first visit everyone was nice and the office was very clean. I think I made a very good choice in clinica.

Everyone was friendly. I never felt rushed. The doctor gave me plenty of time to explain and brainstorm solutions to try for my dogs allergies.

I would like to get alerts when my dog needs to come in for blood work in order to get her prescription refilled. Last minute doesn’t work. I’d also like to see Dr. Parendo back at the practice. We came there for him and really miss seeing him.
