Always awesome service!!

We spend 2 hours outside in the car waiting. While I feel that is too long of a period- perhaps allow pet parents to go home if the pet visit will be a lengthy one. Otherwise I found the detailed explanation about what is or is not going on with my cat to be helpful.

I think you guys are great!! My cat received a cortizone shot and he s moving so much better.

Office was always very very clean and free of odors.Exam tables extremely clean. Very good professional use of syringes, thermometer, , clippers, etc. Haven’t been inside for a bit now but certainly have complete trust in cleanliness and antiseptic environment

Hire more vets so dogs don t have to wait over a week to be seen for medical problems

This was the first time bringing our recent rescue dog to a vet. Even though we couldn’t go in the facility, Dr. Rufrano took the time to explain everything thoroughly over the phone with us and answer all of our questions. We definitely will be using her as our vet and would recommend her to others as well!

Everything was great, but unfortunately, I had to wait almost 45 minutes or more before Coal was seen.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. They were very informative as to the tests and results that my dogs had done.

Open the lobby. I would have liked to have been in the examination room with my pet. How can I rate the satisfaction of cleanliness of the facilities when I am told to wait in the car?

I am very pleased with cupcakes care. Dr Polehinke was very thorough with his explanations and I appreciate the time he took to explain it all. Everyone was very caring of cupcake and that makes me feel good knowing she is in good hands. Thanks you

I love everyone at St. Francis Hospital for Animals! I bring my dog Shea to the center each month for anal glands expression and Sam is always there to help. All the staff members are wonderful! Best vet office ever!

Dr. Rofrano was wonderful with Prancer. She had an ear infection. But Dr. Rofrano did a complete exam (thank goodness) and found a lump. Hope it’s nothing but glad she found it!

Great Vet. Dr. Parendo is amazing and his staff are wonderful. Would never consider going anywhere else for my dog!

Wish I could of gone in with my cat. I am vaccinated and willing to wear a mask. At least let one person in with their animal to see what the veterinarians diagnosis is and explain in person instead of over the phone.

First time at St.Francis and I was very happy to the point I will be making them our permanent vet.
