I did not enter the building with my dog when she went in to visit with the veterinary assistant, so I really do not know if the facilities were clean.

I had taken all my dogs including Willie Mays to Dr Herbold. St Francis was 1 of 2 the staff recommended after Herbold died. You have surpassed their recommendation and I’m very happy with the staff and services you provide us for Willie Mays. I’ll keep recommending people and their animals to you!

Doctor suggested additional blood work however did not discuss the exorbitant price of this procedure. Was shocked at cost when checking out. We should have been given price ahead and then could have weighed the benefits of the test with the price and made an informed decision. We feel deceived.
