Only reason I gave one star for cleanliness was due to the fact that we can’t go inside

Dr.Nicole Rufrano is the best and the staff. Is excellent we travel a distance to have her as our vet .Jimmy and Mary .

Just moved into the area and am very relieved to have found such a nice and professional vet practice for my dog. The staff was so friendly and did everything to help my dog through a very intimidating exam.

The staff at St Francis is the best. Everyone truly cares about the health and well being of the animals.

Everything was explained well and Dr.was very thorough, however there was a little too much talk and no action taken. He did follow up and call me to talk more about her blood work and tell me what he had found . I would like for it to be right to the point and what we can do to resolve the issue at hand.

Having just moved to Long Island, I could not be happier or say enough about how great this experience was. The care, knowledge and sense of urgency provided was truly outstanding by all!!

The staff was wonderful with our dog.

There is no place else I would take my critters.

Unfortunately I was not allowed to accompany my Yorkie inside and would have to wait in my car. Makes no sense. I can understand everyone waiting their turn in their car. You can go shopping in supermarkets, department stores, Costco. But don t allow owners to accompany their pet????

As always, very pleased with service of staff. So friendly and personal with my boys Bert and Ernie....I know the Drs. go over and above to help with questions and then advise.

I am disappointed that you still will not allow me to go in with my pet .I feel this is very stressful to them .Because of this I am looking for a new vet .I am fully vaccinated and I don’t see the reason for this

I am a new patient and will absolutely be returning! All of the staff that I interacted with was patient, courteous, and efficient. The nurses and vet were incredibly thorough. I felt like everyone knew what they were talking about, I got all of my questions answered, and never felt rushed. I felt very confident bringing my new puppy there and will absolutely be back.

The staff of st francis is always friendly, courteous, and professional. I have always felt my dogs were in very capable hands. Keep up the good work!

Everyone I dealt with was wonderful, I couldn t have asked for anything more!

I thought Dr. Rufano was absolutely excellent. Her telephone interview was comprehensive, her explanations thorough and precise following cat s exam, and her follow up telephone call was made as soon as the results were in. Her tone indicated compassion and concern. I would highly recommend this veterinary office.
