It was a very pleasant first visit everyone was nice and the office was very clean. I think I made a very good choice in clinica.

I appreciate the time that Dr. Perendo took with the examination and to explain options and suggestions.

Everyone was friendly. I never felt rushed. The doctor gave me plenty of time to explain and brainstorm solutions to try for my dogs allergies.

I would like to get alerts when my dog needs to come in for blood work in order to get her prescription refilled. Last minute doesn’t work. I’d also like to see Dr. Parendo back at the practice. We came there for him and really miss seeing him.

It s time to end the pandemic approach and return to bringing your pet in and being with them in the examining room. This visit was the first one that was unsatisfactory and I have return visit this morning. It was just for nails and was clearly rushed. in and out in under 5 minutes and not a good job. I called the next morning to advise. nails not cut enough, one missed, all left sharp, one left with a piece hanging. I have been with St. Francis back since the Endrieri and Schmiser days. I stayed because I liked Dr. Parendo alot.

Just moved into the area and am very relieved to have found such a nice and professional vet practice for my dog. The staff was so friendly and did everything to help my dog through a very intimidating exam.

The staff at St Francis is the best. Everyone truly cares about the health and well being of the animals.

Everything was explained well and Dr.was very thorough, however there was a little too much talk and no action taken. He did follow up and call me to talk more about her blood work and tell me what he had found . I would like for it to be right to the point and what we can do to resolve the issue at hand.

Having just moved to Long Island, I could not be happier or say enough about how great this experience was. The care, knowledge and sense of urgency provided was truly outstanding by all!!
