I love St. Francis Hospital for Animals. The staff are exceptional, always helpful and professional. My dog Shea is well taken care of by Sam for his monthly anal gland appointments. Wouldn t go anywhere else! Thank you all for everything you do for your loving pets!

Just amazing people. So kind to me and my new puppy Dewey. The chalkboard sign and picture made me so happy! Could not be happier. St. Francis is going to be his lifelong vet. ??

When I called to ask how much a consult was I was told it was 70$ and when I was checking out it was actually 85$ they said new pts are charged more but they knew were were new when I asked. I though I was seeing a dental specialist and I saw another vet. He was very nice but said the procedure would be about 2000$ and it would be needed up front. I was taken back by all of that

Carlton took care of both Klementine and Topper. He is great with both even though Topper can be difficult

I was extremely happy with the services, the Dr took his time to explain the diagnosis. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Most important I was given an appt within a few days from my call. I will be using your services instead of my current vet of 30 years. Thanks again Jeanne Havdoglous

Staff is very polite and kind.

It was easy to get in and be seen. The office was clean. Did not have to wait long. Billing for blood work was astronomical. I came in because my dog was drooling and told the dr after she drank water from bowl there was a foamy film left in dogs bowl. She asked about my water. I have 2 dogs this only happens to the one. It is not my water!! If I thought it was I would not be there, considering the cost. One would think the vet would have put a bowl of water out for Daisy to drink... That did not happen. instead wanted to immediately run xrays and blood test. It is 2:17 on Monday office visit was Saturday am. No one called to ask how she is and no blood work yet. I am not happy at all and my dog is not well. Waiting for results and most likely will be visiting a new vet for both dogs.

My dog was seen by a “nurse”. I’m not sure exactly what a vet nurse is. I know it’s not a licensed profession. Was my dog seen by a licensed vet tech? If not, please explain what a vet nurse is and if they are licensed by NY State.
