Love you guys!! You really take care of my Gidget! She is always to happy :-) Not sure what was different this time but she came out smelling delicious!! Suggestion maybe because we are so girlie but may to have as a Al la Cart.. spa option. Love CAH!

We were charged over $600 for a visit in which we were not able to see anything of what was done with our dog. I am shocked at this price. We will be looking for another facility closer to our home that is family friendly and understands affordability

PLEASE reconsider the curbside experience for the ill clients,and begin seeing that group inside. Still do it for well/grooming/spa if you must. It is too traumatic, and your parking spaces are too tiny to maneuver, and we need an interactive experience when they are sick. Your staff is wonderful and extremely helpful, but curbside is making me seek mobile vet service. Thank you for listening.

To CAH from Ellie Sarty - My computer is not letting me click on the stars in the survey, so I am writing my answers here. My experience with our appointment 6/1 for my dog Jobie was excellent. It was easy to get an appointment to be seen, there was hardly any waiting time when we arrived, our vet took a good amount of time with us and the staff was excellent - helpful, friendly, efficient and so kind and caring with my dog. The billing procedure works just fine for me and everything was explained very well. The car side service was good too. My dog receives excellent care at CAH. We are very happy with your service and your staff and the care Jobie receives. Thank you!

I would like to give a shout out to Donna I believe the tech s name was. It was a super hot gross day and late but she still had a happy bubbly tone and very much understood dogs. As a dog trainer and someone who has been working with them for over 17 years as a dog walker, it was refreshing to see her interact (albeit from my car thanks to COVID-19) with a clear confidence and understanding of dogs. My Boxer was super fine just going along with her. It s nice to know in these weird times you guys have a great cheerful staff that knows and loves what they are doing.
