I caused some confusion by reading the phone number to call when I arrived. Although it was highlighted in yellow, I quickly went to just the phone number and called and left a message instead of texting. Maybe you should highlight the text number in pink and then the rest in yellow. Sorry I caused confusion and delay!

I am especially grateful for the personalized care my new puppy received, and to Dr. Morana and the staff (especially Laura) who both remembered my last dog with sympathy and gave my puppy an awesome welcome. I look forward to the day when car side service is no longer necessary!

All 5 s! Not sure if it went through. I just wish I had the name of the Technician who greeted us. She was so friendly, patient with Riley and informative. When she returned Riley to us, she gave us a quick report. And receipt. The process was amazing and she deserves a lot of credit. She did a great job with Riley Ide, especially since as he gets older he s not so willing to cooperate! Thank you all for accommodating our fur families. Thank you all so much for being so easy to work with especially during these crazy times. It’s hard when your dog is not feeling well and you can’t go in to the office with them but the timely communication and efficient process to get checked in and all set was awesome. Even a call saying “hey this will take x amount of time” was really appreciated. Thanks again to everyone and Dr Levitt for taking good care of Gizmo.
