Everything was great

We had booked this ahead of time, hence the n/a for question 1. We were very happy with this scheduled oral surgery. We were well informed throughout the process, appreciated the phone call updates during the day, and left with a clear understanding of Perry s post surgical care needs. I also want to add that I was a little skeptical of doing this procedure due to the cost. When the final bill came in under the low estimate, I really felt a level of trust and confidence in the Animal Hospital. Thank you for being transparent and honest with the cost and needs of this procedure.

Although I appreciate your curb side service, there is nothing like being there with my dogs.

I was a little nervous using the car side service for the first time because my dog has separation anxiety but when the tech came to get Rory she was very good with him and he went into the vet with no problem. I was very happy with the car side service.

It was very helpful getting to talk to the doctor. I was worried I would only be able to talk to the vet techs and wouldn’t get to ask the doctor any questions directly but it was great that she called while with my kitten and gave me all the information I needed and let me ask questions!

Your carside service has been great, as both of my pets have been seen using the service. I look forward to when we can do in person with the pets. Thanks for all you do!

Car side was great and I loved the texting and immediate response. What concerned me was that other people in cars were not asked to put on their masks. So while I and the staff were wearing masks, she went to 2 other cars and interacted closely (definitely not 6 feet) away with men who did not have any facial covering. I am immuno-compromised so it made me nervous when she came over to me after these interactions. Otherwise great service and our pup looked great as always!

I thought I understood the billing procedure, but I didn t get an email with the billing information like I expected. I clearly misunderstood. As for wait time, the staff apologized for the delay and explained the reason. It really wasn t a problem, especially since they were kind enough to give me an appointment at the last minute.

I was very happy with how well Jake was taken care of.

When you have six kittens like I did. I feel you should receive a discount on services.

Especially in the current circumstances, the car side service was handled very well. Communication with the doctor was thorough and helpful, using cell phones. Timing was good, in spite of a busy workload at the clinic. Scheduling was easy, with the combination of online signup and telephone confirmation.

The staff was very helpful answering questions (specifically how to dose my cat with Gabapentan when he wouldn t eat it mixed in the food). Also, Dr Selleck took a lot of time to answer all of my questions. I also really appreciate that Community Animal Hospital hasn t been pushy regarding treatment of my cat (the reason why I left my last vet)
