I came to CAH on recommendation from a friend of mine who has been a client of the practice for years. Upon relocating to central Massachusetts from a different state, I transitioned my dog s care, and have been very satisfied with all aspects of CAH s veterinary and business practices. I myself am a veterinarian who works in a different sector of the profession, and have nothing but praise for CAH and its devoted staff. Thanks, CAH, for taking excellent care of my dog. I have been to CAH a number of times this year and the curbside system works seemlessly. The staff is organized, attentive, friendly and patient. This weekend my pup had a medical issue and the schedule was tight. I was asked to send a photo so the Doc could assess the situation. At first I was outraged because I wanted to be seen. In the end, the doc was able to quell my anxiety and provide better care by taking the extra step to look at the photos, gather extra information and schedule a visit appropriately. CAH has handled the challenges of the pandemic exceedingly well.

I really don’t like to be separated from my dog,for these visits,.Also, communication thru the phone is not like actually seeing the Dr, and I feel there were issues that were not addressed that way. I hope we get back to normal very soon!

I have always enjoyed and satisfied with the services you provide. With that being said I much prefer a more personal interaction when it comes to the well being of my pet. I understand the safety precautions but when I see my doctor I get to see my doctor. Maybe provide us with a timeline as to when we can expect going back to normal visits. Love the service and the people I get to deal with just an old school mentality.

Always the best experience with all the staff at the spa!!! They take the best care of our big boys Louie and Dewey (2 Great Danes) and that’s not easy!! The boys always come back smelling squeaky clean with perfectly trimmed nails Thank you all!!!!
