Dr. Morana and her team are the best of the best! They genuinely care and will do all they can to keep your baby going without suffering! We have been with Dr. Morana since 1995 and there are no other words other than amazing and most of all thank you! My kitties and my dogs her team has cared for for years! I cannot say enough! I will say they deserve a 100++++!!??

I have a lot of confidence in Dr. Morlock. She knows Charlie very well. She explains everything to me and answers all my questions.

Had to wait a bit. But I understand things come up, and I’m happy to know that you might be devoting your time to folks whose pets might be having more serious issues

This was our first visit at the office and if went very well! I didn’t love the idea of having to send our dog in by himself on his first visit, but knew it had to be done bc of covid protocols. The staff and doctor were great and spent so much time on the phone with me going over Louie’s care.

Best vet I’ve ever been to since I was 15 taking my family dogs. It’s been a year since first visit and will continue to be my baby’s vet!

The vet tech that came to my car was amazing. He had great customer service skills, he was through with the texting and relaying messages to me. I was multitasking with working and my kids in their remote school and he made it all work. Please thank him for me. I wish I got his name. Also Dr. Cohen was great also, thorough and caring as always. I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about this wait in the car appointment but it truly was very efficient and exceeded our expectations. Thank you for doing all you guys can to make this all work.

Dr. Morlock is amazing. She’s so patient and never rushes us through the appointment. She answers all our questions. We know that our puppy is in such great hands with her! Also, all the staff that we have spoken to have been so helpful and friendly. We are so happy with Community Animal Hospital.

A man was sent to the car to get my dog. My dog is afraid of men. My dog s chart is supposed to reflect this. We did not have a good experience with the runner. Our dog almost got hurt trying to get away from the runner and back in the car. I had to walk my dog up the ramp to the door. Luckily a female runner ce out at the top of the ramp.

Love how much everyone at CAH loves on our pup! You all provide great care, but your compassion comes across, too.

My first time coming in and it was very convenient. I do wish payment was taken over the phone vs having to do a in person transaction where people are touching cards and paper.

I usually have a great experience here. We saw a doctor I had never met before nor had my dog. The doctor started the conversation not regarding the issue I was there but the fact that my dog seemed extra nervous. I was thrown off and annoyed at the fact that instead of leading with why we were there. Without letting me get a word in to explain that we ve been working with a trainer as my dog has always been nervous around new people, even at 8 weeks. He goes on to lecture me how I need to socialize him more. My dog goes to doggy day care every day. We ve brought him to parks, stores, friends houses. You ve name it this dog has been socialized. It s just who he is as a dog. By this time I was already half annoyed and when he got to the reason why we were their he said well it could be kennel cough but I m not sure. I almost said why am I here then? At the end of the conversation he tried to upsell me the medicine that paid for your parking spaces even though I said I wasn t interested. If this was my first experience with the hospital, I d never return. I said to my husband moving forward we ask for Dr. Sellick .

I was frustrated when I tried to make an appointment. I left a voicemail at 8:30AM to be called back to make an appointment. Nobody called all day and I tried calling continuously all morning but couldn’t get in contact with “person” even on the Vet side - something is wrong there. This happens anytime we try and call....we never get through and it’s become a joke at home when we say where going to call for something. That’s really the opportunity I see.

I called to ask for the write up because it can be a lot of information. I would also wonder if there is communication to the day care where my pup contracted the issues.

I was actually early for my tech appointment and when they could they brought my dog Sig right in. “Hand off” is always so easy. Communication is excellent too. Perfect job working under COVID conditions. Thank you for all you do for our babies.

Getting a callback took a long time like 7 or 8 hours otherwise the service was great

Since people have to call in while in the parking lot, there should be a designated line so we don’t have listen to all the options or call back multiple times when we get an answering machine .

I don’t think anyone a part of Community Animal Hospital would allow doctors to take there child (or newborn baby) without them being present. It’s an absolute shame your business is amplifying the mental illnesses associated with the restrictions imposed by this political pandemic . Shame, shame, shame on you all.
