The Dr. was so nice and answered all of our questions. She gave us some very good advice on how to handle some of Luna’s food and behavioral issues and was helpful in discussing brushing Luna’s teeth. It was a very good experience for us and for Luna!

It was our first vist with an urgent need. Staff was compassionate,caring andvery professional. They showed Sonny lots of love and were very careful with him. Dr Melissa was very thorough in explaining everything to me and very patient. I did not feel rushed at all and she was very honest. I will definitely be back again. I appreciate all of the hard work she is doing for us.

Dr. Mallo observed some new conditions that Tuccker was displaying. He now has a plan for improving his health. Dr. Mallo gave Tucker excellent care and she answered all of our questions. We are so thankful for Dr. Mallo and all of the staff at Pewaukee Veterinary!

Absolutely best vet visit I have ever been to. Felt heard, not rushed, not pushed to purchase certain products like I have been at other vets or talked down on. The vet staff is friendly, kind, and welcoming!!! I loved it so much, I happily scheduled a 2 week follow up for my dog!! Thank you for being amazing!

Everyone at PVS is wonderful. Dr Megan is so kind and compassionate as well as very knowledgeable. I have many veterinary clinics much closer to my home but the care we have received at PVS is totally worth the extra miles.

Dr. Hillary and Kevin were both wonderful with our cat. All questions were answered thoroughly. Wait time was a bit long; can be difficult for an anxious pet, but we were taken to an exam room immediately, so that helped. It d be terrific if you had automatic entry doors (or handicap button) so clients with a heavy pet in a carrier, and hands full, could more easily open your heavy front doors. We ve been clients for a very long time and are happy to have met Dr. Hillary and Kevin. Ellen is also a great asset to your clinic.

Our dogs had participated in dah care not now that they are older and recovering from surgery and ortho issues. But the the 2/3 years we did it was wonderful and misusing. Dr Hillary and her nurse were absolutely wonderful with my dog who tends to shy. He is worse if he has to go into the back area vs staying with me. I’m extremely impressed that Dr Hillary practices compassionate care and was able to complete all the necessary exam with some of my assistance and use of a muzzle the dog was trained with from his trainer. The front desk staff are always wonderful and pleasant and helpful. Let’s hope the positions are stable and he has the same doc for awhile bc it’s stressful for everyone when having to switch. Dr Hillary is an A+ - make sure you keep her!
