Dr. Diana was very helpful and caring. She explained everything to me and we made a plan for my cat s extended care.

Dr Amanda was great with my dog and very helpful given the urgent nature of the visit. She answered all questions and was very open to finding an approach that worked best for my dog and for everyone helping.

When the front desk employee roomed me and my cat, there was blood all over the floor and bench in the room. When the tech came in she apologize for the blood but nothing was ever done about it. I couldn’t even sit down on the bench.

I really like the set up in the reception area. It was nice that he was taken into an exam room right away. A little less anxiety than running into a lot of dogs or cats in the waiting room. All the staff was wonderful to work with.

Doctor Baker & staff provide excellent care. Dr. B is very knowledgeable in his explanations concerning my dog,Stella’s health. He includes a follow up phone call to provide test results along with the data he forwards. Yes, I’m very pleased.

I was not aware of the client referral rewards program. I have made referrals a number of times.

Our appointment was for grooming. I received a call from the groomer the day prior to our appointment, that she would no longer be grooming.

My visit was a waste of my time and yours. I had found a kitten that I wanted a checkup for and upon my arrival I was advised that I would have to take to HAWS first. I should have been told this information during my initial call. I advised it was a rescue cat; staff should be trained to ask pertinent questions.

the staff is all great! my only suggestion is the login to the website should have the login first- right now forgot user/password shows first and I always get confused and try to reset my password on accident

I have been a customer for 20+ years and I think the service and staff are excellent. Dr. Hillary is amazing and always takes care of my girls. She is very smart. I would say the prices are high but I am willing to pay for the expertise of the vet.

I asked the tech to check to see if my cat had received the 1yr or 3yr Rabies vaccine last year at the emergency vet.She stated it wasn t listed and she d have to look it up, like it was a big deal? I asked tech at that time if she did need Rabies, I would like the Purevax one. Vet came in, lectured me that I gave my cat the FVRCP vaccine on my own but didn t check kitty s mouth, abdomen or her periarea where she had been to Pewaukee for issues prior with infection. She said kitty needed Rabies. Before she gave shot I asked if it was Purevax. She told me it was. She left room and then as I was paying came back in to say it wasn t Purevax vaccine and apologized. So this pretty simple, clear request wasn t honored and I feel like my kitty was barley examined in order to lecture me. Its going to be hard to trust again. I love the hours of Pewaukee and the on-site lab. Ive always had pretty good service and care before. But I dont know now.
