Dr. Mallo was kind, compassionate, and took the time to explain my options. Although i am heartbroken that my dog had to be euthenized, I was grateful that Dr. Mallo was the Dr. that oversaw the procedure.

The Dr. was so nice and answered all of our questions. She gave us some very good advice on how to handle some of Luna’s food and behavioral issues and was helpful in discussing brushing Luna’s teeth. It was a very good experience for us and for Luna!

It was our first vist with an urgent need. Staff was compassionate,caring andvery professional. They showed Sonny lots of love and were very careful with him. Dr Melissa was very thorough in explaining everything to me and very patient. I did not feel rushed at all and she was very honest. I will definitely be back again. Every doctor and staff I have worked with at Pewaukee Veterinary Service have always been amazing. They care about my pet and take the time to listen to my concerns and explain to me what is going on and the best course of action.

I switched vets after not being shown empathy and feeling very judged at my last vet office. This location and EVERYONE that I have met have far exceeded my expectations and I feel that I’m finally listened to! Thank you so much for helping my cat Jax and not making me feel like a bad cat mom.
