I very much appreciate that this vet is open to trial solutions that are noninvasive. My experience with our previous vet clinic we used to go to was poor in that they were very invasive and did not want to try any medications to resolve my dog s skin issues and only wanted to jump to extremely expensive surgical procedures. I am very happy that Pewaukee vet experiments with different medications and treatments first.

I am interested in your boarding and daycare options for my dog but did not find any pamphlets in the clinic and I would have liked to see more photos and information on your website including fees, activities, dog ratios, etc.

We are very happy with you as our new vet and feel that our pets are well cared for. We appreciate the fact that you have a pharmacy, boarding service and generous hours - also that Natalie shared that you reserve emergency hours if needed. This was our first visit to your clinic and I was SO impressed! The facility was nice and clean, the team was wonderful and Dr. Hamm was fabulous. My dog, Rue, was a little nervous, but warmed up to the team nevertheless. Emma and Dr. Hamm were patient, kind, and supportive. We came in looking for a second opinion and felt like not only were we heard this time, but that the team was invested in trying to help us find a solution to a problem we’ve been having for quite awhile. I was honestly blown away by our experience. Thank you for welcoming us and providing a wonderful customer/patient experience! We were referred by Sean Kelley and Maggie Shultz, and we couldn’t be happier that they sent us your way. We’re hopeful to get our issues figured out and addressed so we don’t have to see you much for vet visits (no offense) but we also feel cared for and supported in the process. We’re interested in some of the other services you provide as well and will likely be checking out your boarding services in the future. Thank you for taking good care of our girl.

Kelly & Shannon are the absolute best! Their commitment to my dog s comfort and personality is s true testament to why Randy & Jeff started the practice so many years ago. I wouldn t see anyone but Kelly and her tech, but Shannon is definitely the best one!

Love Dr Kelly. I drive from Menomonee Falls to your clinic because of her. There is a Vet clinic a mile from my house. Dr. Kelly is wonderful with my dog- the dog likes her too she gets kisses all the time. Great personality & knowledgeable!!

Outstanding staff! We first used PVS about 2 months ago to have our 15yo dog euthanized. You were not our regular vet, but we knew it was time and didn t want to make her wait any longer. Your staff made us an appointment that fit both my husband s and my schedule. Dr. Meghan and her team were very kind and gentle with our girl and us. They never rushed and explained the process every step of the way. For such an awful visit, they made it as pleasant as possible. They treated our girl like she was their own, and we couldn t have asked for more. Fast forward 6 weeks, and we ve adopted a 5-month-old pup from WHS. Even though our previous vet was listed as one of the clinics offering complimentary exams for WHS adoptions, we were overjoyed to see that PVS also was on the list. We set up our first puppy visit with Dr. Meghan and again were amazed by her patience and kindness. She took the time to explain everything to us; what vaccines were appropriate, what preventatives would be needed, and even gave us pointers on getting our new guy acclimated to his new life. I realize positive experiences don t always get mentioned in reviews; people are quick to post when they have a poor experience and less likely to when they have a pleasant one. I wanted to let you know how blown away we were. Dr. Meghan and all the staff we ve interacted with are phenomenal! You ve gained a new client with your incredible team!
