This was our first visit to your office and it was due to an urgent need for Dakotas ear infection. The staff was awesome! I was so impressed with the vet and vet tech who helped Dakota. She got down to his level to gain his trust and explained everything she was seeing and doing! I absolutely loved our experience, and I know Dakota did as well.

Service and consultation were first rate.

$1,400 for a tooth cleaning on a 12 year old labrador??? This is outrageous. I ve been a customer for 20 years, 3 dogs. Other practices charge $600-$800 for the same service. Prove you provide better outcomes (you can t) and then maybe charge that amount.

We really like the quickness of being able to get an appointment. All of the vets are good making it less stressful when we have concerns. We know our concerns will be addressed before we leave the office

Dr. Kelly is fantastic! She is thorough, friendly, and truly cares. Her follow up is also outstanding. We are sad that Dr. Nick is no longer with the practice- he too was always wonderful when it came to caring for our dogs. Recently we did have a situation where my dog that was scheduled for a nail trim and anal sac express was given vaccines by one of the techs instead. Luckily he is ok, but such errors do not always have such positive outcomes. All future appointments I make in the future will not be with anyone but the veterinarians.

I thought Dr. Hillary was nice, however, I felt that she wasn’t clear and thorough in her explanation of my pet’s condition. I knew what questions to ask to make sure I understood correctly, but if I didn’t know what to ask I would have left feeling confused.

Jerry has been an amazing vet tech at your office for years! Just wanted to send a shout out for him.

I was happy that the tech and vet listened to my questions regarding the recommended vaccines. She explained the value of vaccines and respected my wishes. Everyone was super aware of my dog’s skittishness and were careful to approach him so he was comfortable.

I did refer a friend. She said she quit going to PVS because it was to expensive after the new building was built. We love Dr.Tom and the caring staff. The cats talk amongst themselves in the car on the way home from a visit. They love the way they are treated!

I miss the physical exam in the actual room itself. It was a chance to discuss more of the issues while the dog was being examined.

I wasn’t happy with our vet tech. She was unkind and not a friendly person to talk to. She also never gave my dog a treat and was very uninterested in him.

The Vet in person was great and informative. Was told to call back if the issues continued. Called back twice within 48 hours stating the issues were continuing and I would like additional testing done. Was unable to make that appointment or stress concerns without being told the vet dr does not find them as a concern. Confused as to why I was even told to call back if no appointment was going to be made. I said, “thank you but I will take my dog somewhere else to do testing.” I was then hung up on.
