Outstanding staff! We first used PVS about 2 months ago to have our 15yo dog euthanized. You were not our regular vet, but we knew it was time and didn t want to make her wait any longer. Your staff made us an appointment that fit both my husband s and my schedule. Dr. Meghan and her team were very kind and gentle with our girl and us. They never rushed and explained the process every step of the way. For such an awful visit, they made it as pleasant as possible. They treated our girl like she was their own, and we couldn t have asked for more. Fast forward 6 weeks, and we ve adopted a 5-month-old pup from WHS. Even though our previous vet was listed as one of the clinics offering complimentary exams for WHS adoptions, we were overjoyed to see that PVS also was on the list. We set up our first puppy visit with Dr. Meghan and again were amazed by her patience and kindness. She took the time to explain everything to us; what vaccines were appropriate, what preventatives would be needed, and even gave us pointers on getting our new guy acclimated to his new life. I realize positive experiences don t always get mentioned in reviews; people are quick to post when they have a poor experience and less likely to when they have a pleasant one. I wanted to let you know how blown away we were. Dr. Meghan and all the staff we ve interacted with are phenomenal! You ve gained a new client with your incredible team!

Dr Matt was great and treated my cat very well to her needs. Explained what he could do for my cat and informed me with to the best of his knowledge.

All of the staff and doctors are courteous and treat our cats with love and care. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a Veterinarian.

Dr. Hamm was very professional and wonderful/patient with our dog Milo. This was our first visit and we will be sure to visit again in the future. She did a thorough exam and was kind/ worked to administer the vaccines quickly with our nervous pup. The appointment went smoothly and the copies of the paperwork we requested and take home meds were ready quickly. Thank you Dr. Hamm and team for the great visit!

Dr. Kelly and staff always take such great care of my dog. Dr. Kelly really cares about Maya, and I feel comfortable and confident bringing her to Pewaukee vet for her care and grooming.

The Pewaukee veterinary Service website could be a lot more user friendly. I can t understand why you can t make an appointment on it. I ve never been able to effectively order anything.

Dr Baker was very complete I. His exam he addressed my concerns and was very prompt and concise in giving me all information needed on the results of the lab work I am very happy with the staff and veterinary doctors at the Pewaukee clinic

There is a reason I take my dogs to pewaukee Veterinary Services. The staff. Exceptional knowledge, kindness and trust.

We had our dog groomed and we’re very happy with the job done and how kind the groomer was to him.

Why doesn t the visit summary and vaccine cert show up on the pet portal? The portal really isn t useful if you can t grab past apps info if needed.

This was our first time and I would have liked to have been told what things would have cost before doing them just so I had a better idea of what I would be paying. It was a high bill at the end and I was a bit surprised. Dr. Matt and the staff were excellent though and I appreciated his time and effort in what he did for my dog.

They were able to quickly establish my dog as a client. He was able to sleep over the same day I contacted him. There were also different boarding options.
