I did refer a friend. She said she quit going to PVS because it was to expensive after the new building was built. We love Dr.Tom and the caring staff. The cats talk amongst themselves in the car on the way home from a visit. They love the way they are treated!

I miss the physical exam in the actual room itself. It was a chance to discuss more of the issues while the dog was being examined.

I wasn’t happy with our vet tech. She was unkind and not a friendly person to talk to. She also never gave my dog a treat and was very uninterested in him.

The Vet in person was great and informative. Was told to call back if the issues continued. Called back twice within 48 hours stating the issues were continuing and I would like additional testing done. Was unable to make that appointment or stress concerns without being told the vet dr does not find them as a concern. Confused as to why I was even told to call back if no appointment was going to be made. I said, “thank you but I will take my dog somewhere else to do testing.” I was then hung up on.

Everything was terrific as usual thank you!

I enjoyed my experience and honestly so great full the doctor was able to take both my mom and I because of another doctor quitting. Just by accommodating us and the welcoming staff, I will most definitely be returning! Thank you all again!

Dr.Tom takes great care of our dog, Stella. He is knowledgeable and practical. I have great faith in his abilities and know that he cares about the quality of my pet s life. He is honest and straight forward. I am deeply grateful.

I was a little disappointed this time - but will still return to PVC. I just felt that very little in the way of interest was shown to my two cats. I asked questions, but was given - literally - no helpful suggestions. It might have been an off morning and my cats are fine, but it felt flat .

Dr. Kelly & her veterinary assistant were so friendly and knowledgeable.

So thankful for PVS - you take such great care of my boys.
