We are SO thankful to have Pewaukee Vets! We live in Chicago primarily. PVS was our vet clinic before we moved. We haven t found a vet in Chicago that we like nearly as much so we will be bringing our dog back to PVS for his annual checkups!

Dr Megan is an excellent vet. Ebony just loves her and didn t mind Dr Megan taking blood right in the exam room. We will be back.

After I scheduled my dog’s yearly exam. I continued receiving notifications to make an appointment. I made the appointment through the app. The reminders were numerous & became aggravating. I appreciate the reminder to schedule an appointment but once appointment is made, the reminders to schedule need to stop.

When the front desk employee roomed me and my cat, there was blood all over the floor and bench in the room. When the tech came in she apologize for the blood but nothing was ever done about it. I couldn’t even sit down on the bench.

I really like the set up in the reception area. It was nice that he was taken into an exam room right away. A little less anxiety than running into a lot of dogs or cats in the waiting room. All the staff was wonderful to work with.

Doctor Baker & staff provide excellent care. Dr. B is very knowledgeable in his explanations concerning my dog,Stella’s health. He includes a follow up phone call to provide test results along with the data he forwards. Yes, I’m very pleased.

My visit was a waste of my time and yours. I had found a kitten that I wanted a checkup for and upon my arrival I was advised that I would have to take to HAWS first. I should have been told this information during my initial call. I advised it was a rescue cat; staff should be trained to ask pertinent questions.

the staff is all great! my only suggestion is the login to the website should have the login first- right now forgot user/password shows first and I always get confused and try to reset my password on accident
