I appreciate the staff at PVS. Everyone is friendly and my dog always receives the best treatment. I appreciate the time the vets and techs spend listening to my concerns and the thorough examinations given to my dog.

Bama and I had our first visit to PVS. I thoroughly appreciated Dr. Malo s approach to a complex diagnosis for Bama. She AND her tech (I m sorry I don t recall her name) were - professional, smart, efficient, and friendly! I ve been.a ptet owner for 40 years and I ve had really good vets, but this was an even better experience. Your clinic was not pretentious - no upselling, and was personal and most of all genuine - starting with the women at the front desk and on the phone. I m very grateful to have been referred to your clinic by Dr. Wertz.

Dr. Baker needs to work on his bedside manager with his patients owners. In the end it was horrible because we ended up having to let Skylar pass??
