I have been a customer for 20+ years and I think the service and staff are excellent. Dr. Hillary is amazing and always takes care of my girls. She is very smart. I would say the prices are high but I am willing to pay for the expertise of the vet.

My husband and I love Pewaukee Veterinary Services. Every doctor there is so good! They welcome us, explain things clearly and make our cats feel about as comfy as they could. This is why we drive past several other veterinary clinics to get to this one. They are simply the best

I asked the tech to check to see if my cat had received the 1yr or 3yr Rabies vaccine last year at the emergency vet.She stated it wasn t listed and she d have to look it up, like it was a big deal? I asked tech at that time if she did need Rabies, I would like the Purevax one. Vet came in, lectured me that I gave my cat the FVRCP vaccine on my own but didn t check kitty s mouth, abdomen or her periarea where she had been to Pewaukee for issues prior with infection. She said kitty needed Rabies. Before she gave shot I asked if it was Purevax. She told me it was. She left room and then as I was paying came back in to say it wasn t Purevax vaccine and apologized. So this pretty simple, clear request wasn t honored and I feel like my kitty was barley examined in order to lecture me. Its going to be hard to trust again. I love the hours of Pewaukee and the on-site lab. Ive always had pretty good service and care before. But I dont know now.

The entire staff at Pewaukee Vet is always welcoming, attentive and caring. We have been bringing our dogs here for over 20 years and appreciate the excellent service!

Dr. Meghan was fantastic with our Sunny. He can be reactive to dogs and people and she allowed him space and showed patience and made sure he was comfortable with her before administering the exam and annual vaccine s. Thank you Dr. Meghan.
