Everyone is so kind and patient with our older dog. He is a nervous Nelly even with some medication but the staff is so gentle with him that it makes the experience less stressful for him and us.

We were transferred to the waukesha location to help with our cat, Milo. They were able to get us in very quickly, with lots of compassion. The staff were extremely friendly, communicative, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this veterinary practice to others! Thank you to everyone who helped Milo.

There was a mixup with the follow up email sent telling us about the lab tests. The front desk had no interest in understanding what the problem was.

Dr. mallo was great as was the support staff.

Dr jeff baker was awful. Poor bedside manner. Took our cat in for sickness and left not knowing what was wrong. Explained he was skiddish and he hadn t been to a vet since we got him 10 years ago. They took him to have an xray eithout caging him. He got scared and ran under the xray machine and got inside. He then tried to claw his way out and ripped his front claws off. They needed to sedate him to tend to his front paws. Knowing his demeanor, why wasn t he put in his cage after the xray. We will never come back and will not refer anyone else.

I’ve never had a bad experiance with Pewaukee Vet. I trust you to keep my boy safe and healthy!

Dr Hillary is the best. She connects with my furry child and truly cares for her.

Very happy with how kind, attentive and friendly all the staff were! Loved Dr. Hillary and Dr. Lane. They are amazing!! Extra special thank you to the clinical coordinator I talked to (sorry can’t remember the name) who helped our sweet Elsa get in to be seen so quickly. And another extra special thank you to Dr. Lane for working so hard to make sure Elsa is getting the absolute best treatment, there are no words to express our gratitude!
