I like that Dr. Comstock explains and shows me what’s being done to my cat or how I can continue to help him at home. She answers all my questions and reassures me that he’ll be ok. I’ve learned quit a bit and she’s always so friendly and personable.

Very pleased with everyone and everything at CFVH. People go out of their way to accommodate me and my animals.

We found an abandoned cat freezing and starving under a porch in sub zero degree weather. We called and got this cat in immediately to get help. No questions asked, they started the evaluation and gave medical care to our new found friend. Compassion and a few days of excellent care we have Sir Charles Ashley 3rd back safely to our office. We thank all the outstanding people at your office and then management went even further by cutting off some of the charges, all to help save a rescued cat! Kudos to getting Sir Charles back healthy, happy and looking mighty spiffy.. Thank you Becky and all the great people at your office.

Everyone is always so nice there..... the only thing was I was shocked when I got my bill...... it would be more helpful to explain the cost of the treatment as well before hand. It is my fault for not asking as I am always more than willing to do whatever necessary for my fur baby.

Betty and Nina (I think that is her name) were very helpful but I was only there to have Robbie weighed and buy dog food so I did not see anyone else. It also wasn t crowded but I always feel that the atmosphere is friendly and helpful. Abby Castro is great and other staff are very good too. I talked to Tiffany on the phone and she was very helpful.

Dr. Ricard was informative, patient, friendly and professional....our app t was fit in that very morning, so we were prepared to have to wait a bit, but it was a very positive experience.
