Five stars across the board on my last visit. I was finally able to enter the building with my dog which is a relief. I especially liked checking out in the room, receiving my meds in the room, scheduling my follow up appointment in the room and paying in the room. We were then allowed out a side door much to my dogs relief. Absolutely love Chase Farm, keep up the good work!

Dr. Pitcairn is SUPER!! The staff is too!!

Everything was great. My concerns were listened to and tests were done to find out why Bernie is licking her belly hair off. I left feeling good. I even received a follow up phone call and should get another call next week with the blood test results. It was a huge difference from the previous vet I had gone to due to the proximity to my house.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Comstock is the best vet in the area. We absolutely love her! She is thorough, so very kind, and truly cares about our pets and us as well. She took the time to listen and give me support when we thought our dog had cancer. Turns out he didn t and she was as happy as we were. I will never forget her kindness.

A great visit as always. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Pitcairn called me the next day with test results and explained them in a way that made sense to me. The wait time for my appointment was probably less than 5 minutes. I appreciate the great customer service and friendliness of the staff and, of course, am grateful for having a veterinarian who is knowledgeable and truly cares about my dog. My dog is grateful for the treats and love. :)

OUTSTANDING SERVIVE AND RESONABLE RATES. A COMPETANT AND CARING STAFF THAT TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING VERY WELL. I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE WITH MY DOG IN THEIR CARE.
