Thank you to Emily Wood for all her time on the phone listening to our long list of problems and for arranging for Cricket to be seen. The vet we were assigned was pregnant and would not allow us inside with the cat so Ms Wood found another vet to see us. Thank you to Dr. Thompson for being so good to our precious girl and for managing to shave her mats with no sedation.

Always an amazing experience! Wait time was a little long to be seen, we understand that you all care about your pet patients soo much! Dr was very attentive to Bella and my husband and I, I was there via FaceTime! You are all fabulous! Thank you soo much for taking such good care of our fur babies!!

I have never had a bad experience at Chase Farm Vets. Staff is always kind and helpful and my vet, Jean Pitcairn is the best !!

On Friday the vet and the vet tech (sorry, we were too worried and distracted to remember the names) treated our dog with love and care. They were very gentle, took their time and answered all of questions.

I brought my pup in for a routine cytopoint shot. We sat in the car for 45 minutes before he was brought in. Once he went in, he was out in about 5 minutes. We then waited another 20 minutes for someone to take my payment. It’s an ongoing issue. When I arrived, there were two other cars waiting. It shouldn’t take that long. If it was an isolated incident, I wouldn’t be upset. However, it’s an all the time issue.
