My very large dog recently underwent a spaying and gastroplexy.. Extremely satisfied with conversations with Dr cormstock both weeks before and immediately after surgery. She was kind and explained everything. The drop off and pick up went smoothly as well as a thorough explanation of my bill. This is a new vet practice for me as I changed last year from previous local vet practice. Couldn’t be more pleased

Number 6 my car was fair LOL

I have been going to chase farm for 15 years and it is gone down hill. you can never just call there and get an appointment without waiting for a technician to call you back 3 hours later. The phone system is always down. The fact that you can’t even go in to check your dog in is Crazy. You should be able to bring your dog in and then go wait in your car. Waiting time in the car is too long also. My dog should not be dropped off and wait to be looked at like a car. This stresses the dog out along with the owner

We love your office. However, I am happy you are getting the phone issue fixed. I tried different days and at all hours of the day but could not get through to talk to a person. I was always contacted by text immediately. The one suggestion I have is my dog went in to see the heart specialist and was there for most of the day. I appreciate the time and great care you give every patient but I would like to be notified when his test is done so I can pick him up. It stresses him out to be gone all day. I do not mind getting a call later on to discuss the results. Thank you for the great care you give!

Difficult getting someone to answer the phone at practice. Takes several repeated tries throughout the day. Text to office even when checking in frequently go unanswered.Sat in the car in parking lot for 30+ minutes before being able to contact anyone in the office to pick up prescription that had already been called in for refill. Lack of in person contact with providers makes communication difficult.

Seeing Dr Pitcairn again after 4 years was a total joy! And she is as wonderful, warm and adorable as ever. Ethel is in the best hands possible.
