We have a dog who is very fearful and therefore quite vocal. Entering & exiting the office can be a challenge but having the staff tell other clients who are waiting to move away as there is an aggressive dog coming through was VERY disappointing to hear. It would have been such an opportunity to educate others and I felt extremely disheartened to hear this.

Great visit.. very friendly and wanted to make my cat comfortable.. Was very quick with the shots, my cat did not even notice she was too busy playing with the toys and treats.

Very informative and pleasant staff. I was able to be seen the day I called which was so great. I love Also that I can get emailed reminders about upcoming immunizations and follow ups required. Would definitely recommend.
