The best vet visit we have ever had ! Dr Benoit makes you feel comfortable and confident in his abilities. He is clearly passionate about his trade and didn’t make us feel “dumb” or like we were a bother when we asked him questions. I would recommend everyone to this clinic ! Support staff were amazing !!!! Super friendly and helpful . The treats and toys were a seriously awesome touch!

We came to your office with Buster in a cardboard box this time because between households and numerous cats our cat carrier was nowhere to be found. Thank - you for accepting us under these circumstances. As a suggestion I would offer the possibility of Companion Veterinary Clinic having a few company cat carriers for loaners , via a deposit or, if long term as a rental ?

I have a 13 & 1/2 year old Rat Terrier. He has degenerative myelopathy. He has always been a shaky little guy but this spring really started shaking even when lying down and also when he was sleeping. It was almost as if he had dementias, he was very week and confused. Dr. Kevin Benoit is very thorough and very companionate. He has started my little guy on Prednisolone. So far, fingers crossed it really seems to be helping. Rattler is sleeping better, is not shaking, more alert, eyes brighter. Thank you Dr. Benoit.

Just a quick comment on my last visit. I’ve been seeing Dr Benoit for a few years with my dog Zoe. We had the worst heart break, by having to put her down just a few weeks ago. We ended up getting a new puppy named Oliver and couldn’t get in to see Dr Benoit for his first visit as he was on holidays, so we saw Dr Latawiec. As I was checking in with reception and answering all the questions, the question that bothered me was “How did you hear of our clinic?”. The reason it bothered me is because I don’t understand why my account wouldn’t be linked together just by my name. It just felt a bit odd to me that i just had to say goodbye to a very important member of our family at your clinic, and coming back was really emotionally difficult, but I wasn’t acknowledged as an existing client with “history” at the clinic. Anyways, just wanted to mention that. Thank you. Ramona

You did not tell me there is no vaccine this year and my cat only need to do the check up, the check up fee is high, as a student I wouldn’t spend 90 dollar for the check up cause I know my cat is healthy by myself... but the staff is friendly, and waiting time was about half an hour.

Wonderful staff who deal so very well with Murphy who is not at all good with needles. Your help & assistance is greatly appreciated-can’t imagine taking Murphy anywhere else!!! You are awesome!!!
