I don t know if you received my results due to the lack of explanation on how the survey works. I assumed that 5 stars were the best however when I clicked on the star it didn t appear to do anything ie the star didn t appear brighter or underlined. Also receiving a Confirmation/Reminder text within 10 minutes of making the appointment is not as helpful as this same notice sent the day before the actual scheduled appointment. All in all Mera and I are very happy. Thank you for letting us share our thoughts. Amina

Wouldn’t take any of my animals anywhere else. All of my animals love it there. I’m not exactly the most calm when it comes to my animals hurting. And I never leave feeling stupid for being overly emotional. The treatment the animals and the humans get is truly amazing. I always feel heard And all of my concerns are always dealt with.

Every time it is an awesome experience. Dr Benoit truly makes my dog feel comfortable and because of that it takes the stress that I face taking him in away. There is a good reason for us to drive to your vet clinic even though it is far away and there is at least 5 in my neighborhood alone but they suck even the reviews of those clinics suck . Honestly best vet clinic ever.

I have always been very impressed by the level of professionalism shown by Dr. Benoit and his staff. Every effort is made to explain findings, options and potential outcomes. The ultimate judge are my two Boston Terriers - they never exhibit fear or any level of apprehension when they arrive at the clinic. The staff are always friendly and Dr. Benoit takes a moment to greet his patient and offer up his face for a slobbery Boston sniff and kiss. I wouldn t think of taking them anywhere else.

My experience bringing Maggi to see Dr. Benoit over the past 4 years has been an excellent one.
