Extremely satisfied with the service, staff and dr Ben and will continue to refer friends and family with pets. Unable to answer question about the office itself as I unable to enter premises due to the virus.

Dr Benoit fully explained situation on the phone & treatment options/plan. I did not feel rushed and all questions about my pet were answered.

Dr Kevin was so understanding. We love our hot cat but have never been in this financial situation in 60 years of our lives. That s why it took so long to come. I really appreciate the no charge for the eye stain test. How thoughtful and kind. I have been giving her her medicine everyday and will call on Tuesday to ask about blood results. I just can t believe I have a husband with Chrones disease and 2 kids with IBS and then the dam cat too. Oh well I m the lucky one. Love you guys so glad that Amanda Pike referred me to you! She love animals so I knew you d be awesome and you are! Enjoy your weekend you deserve it! Big hugs for all your help!

I appreciate you walking through each step and answering all my questions about my cat Moo. I was very stressed and upset when she first became sick, and I am now feeling much more at ease about care and the health of my cat :).

Everything was great. But I don’t think the survey works properly, when I try to press the fifth star it doesn’t work. I could only press the fourth star to get the fifth one to go black.

You should consider Stripe/Square to process payments for people in their cars. Giving your card to reception over and over is unnecessary.

Even though due to the pandemic they were all still so positive with us and our pets. I appreciated their safety precautions to do the appointment over the phone.

Given the current circumstances during COVID-19, the staff handled things very well. As I couldn t be in the room at the time, I was fully informed of all aspects of the exam and all my questions were answered. Great job!
