I really appreciate how much care and effort the staff take. My dog gets very anxious and the staff are amazingly welcoming and supportive in helping me make the appointment as easy as possible for her. As well, they were very helpful when I called with questions the following day.

Recently our Prissy was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes which is treatable. We were so stressed over this but we’re relieved that Dr Kevin fit us in the very next day after alerting us about her bloodwork results. I know he’s always booked on weekends and we are grateful that he was was gracious in giving our Prissy a bit of his time to teach and inform us how we should proceed in treating her diabetes. You can just tell how much he cares. It’s nice to know that his compassion lies not only with our companions but with us as people as well. Thank you for your time and patience In these trying times. The best vet visit we have ever had ! Dr Benoit makes you feel comfortable and confident in his abilities. We came to your office with Buster in a cardboard box this time because between households and numerous cats our cat carrier was nowhere to be found. Thank - you for accepting us under these circumstances. As a suggestion I would offer the possibility of Companion Veterinary Clinic having a few company cat carriers for loaners , via a deposit or, if long term as a rental ?

I have a 13 & 1/2 year old Rat Terrier. He has degenerative myelopathy. He has always been a shaky little guy but this spring really started shaking even when lying down and also when he was sleeping. It was almost as if he had dementias, he was very week and confused. Dr. Kevin Benoit is very thorough and very companionate. He has started my little guy on Prednisolone. So far, fingers crossed it really seems to be helping. Rattler is sleeping better, is not shaking, more alert, eyes brighter. Thank you Dr. Benoit.

I wasn t physically there - dog was brought in by our daycare staff, but they were in really quickly for an emergency visit, and sounds like everything was handled really well.
