Everything was great. But I don’t think the survey works properly, when I try to press the fifth star it doesn’t work. I could only press the fourth star to get the fifth one to go black.

You should consider Stripe/Square to process payments for people in their cars. Giving your card to reception over and over is unnecessary.

Even though due to the pandemic they were all still so positive with us and our pets. I appreciated their safety precautions to do the appointment over the phone.

Given the current circumstances during COVID-19, the staff handled things very well. As I couldn t be in the room at the time, I was fully informed of all aspects of the exam and all my questions were answered. Great job!

Pierre and I are very pleased with Milou s progress since we ve been to your clinic. He has a difficult condition to treat and has always been somewhat anorexic. Dr Latawiec suggested a kibble which Milou loves. He s gained weight and is much happier. The lice issue we had was also successfully dealt with. The clinic is efficient and punctual. Very professional.

You won t find a better clinic anywhere -would highly recommend it to anyone!

Due to covid 19 they operated very different than normal but they were FANTASTIC and met our every need. Couldnt be more satisfied. Thrilled to have the clinic in the neighborhood.

The staff were friendly and very patient with my overly excited dog. The doctor was very nice and relayed the details of his examination. I like how she asked us if we have any other concerns.
