Given the current circumstances during COVID-19, the staff handled things very well. As I couldn t be in the room at the time, I was fully informed of all aspects of the exam and all my questions were answered. Great job!

Pierre and I are very pleased with Milou s progress since we ve been to your clinic. He has a difficult condition to treat and has always been somewhat anorexic. Dr Latawiec suggested a kibble which Milou loves. He s gained weight and is much happier. The lice issue we had was also successfully dealt with. The clinic is efficient and punctual. Very professional.

You won t find a better clinic anywhere -would highly recommend it to anyone!

Due to covid 19 they operated very different than normal but they were FANTASTIC and met our every need. Couldnt be more satisfied. Thrilled to have the clinic in the neighborhood.

The staff were friendly and very patient with my overly excited dog. The doctor was very nice and relayed the details of his examination. I like how she asked us if we have any other concerns.

Attendance at the clinic was subject to the COVID-19 precautions so it was an unusual appointment. The process the clinic arranged - minimizing social contact - worked well and was appreciated. I should note, we were the first appointment of the day and everyone was on time.

The closed door policy and process ran smoothly, when I arrived everyone was ready to go and made the appointment so easy. I appreciate that Dr. L did a whole exam on him. Although It came a bit of a surprise that there may be a concern with Arlo’s heart, I am very thankful she took the time to check Arlo over! Also, Lindsey is always so helpful and excellent at explaining how to give medications. I know she is one of Arlo’s favourite techs!

While the appointment was just with a tech for an injection, staff were very flexible in arranging time with the doctor to deal with a newly developed problem, thus not needing to schedule another appointment.

I arrived 30 minutes early because my 3month old was screaming in the car and I couldn’t handle it anymore! The staff were so accommodating & very considerate. They helped me get my dog on the scale & let me sit in an exam room while I waited to see Dr. Benoit. After the exam, they even brought the debit machine into the exam room so I didn’t have to haul Baby & dog to the front counter. They even helped me gather all my stuff & get ready to leave. We’ve been seeing Dr. Benoit since we brought Jasper home & he has been amazing since day one. I love the the clinic is fear free, my dog is very nervous, but has always loved going to the vet. When I told Dr. Benoit that Jasper was feeling a little neglected since the new baby arrived, he took extra time to give her pets & let her give him kisses ?????? He is so sweet & I am looking forward to many more years of bringing my pets to him.
