The person checking in was not uber friendly. MD was very friendly and check out was friendly. I asked when I should come back but was never told.

The appointment went really well. Doctor did a quick check on Phoebe, everything looks good. Talked about future visit. Would highly recommend Merrick.

Staff seemed to have not got me checked in when arrived. After 15 minutes in the waiting room I got a phone call reminding me I had an appointment. I let them know I was out in the waiting room.

The entire staff of amazing Doctors and techs has made the experiences I ve had with my cats memorable..I ve been with Merrick for about 40 years. Never unhappy / or dissatisfied with their services. I totally trust and respect their expertise in Veterinarian health. Sincerely Lynda Spino

I can t walk my dog into the building. He s very strong and I have bad knees. I am able to drop him off in the back for nail trims and even his yearly exams. The staff will call me on my cellphone and let me know when he is finished. The doctor will also call and let me know how he is doing. The staff at Merrick is amazing. They always have been and I have been taking my pets there for many years.

When I bring my two dogs in for their yearly visit they usually do a complimentary nail trim I was charged for both dogs. I have never been charged for this before.
