4 stars for #1 because I made the appointment two weeks in advance. I have found it difficult to make timely appointments for suddenly arising more pressing concerns.However, all of my appointments with techs and vets are professional and personable.

I like this location Bella and I had an amazing experience. The only suggestion I have is if the patients could receive an estimate of what they could possibly have to pay in advance just to be prepared. I know maybe all things may not be able to have a estimate but it s the preparer in me lol . Overall amazing experience

It wasn t your fault that I stood there for a half hour waiting but you had other customers that had to have a thirty-minute conversation. Next time maybe just ask them to hold and take the next person waiting.
