Unfortunately, it was time for our 20yo cat move on to cat heaven. We could not have received better service and kindness. The entire staff was so compassionate and helpful. The room had a nice little pillow and blanket for Tallulah and Dr. Lihosit and her assts. explained every step. It was such a terrible time in our lives, but the Merrick Animal Hospital staff did so much to make it easier. Thank you.

I always love coming to your hospital because the prices are insanely reasonable and there is a loyalty program to get $ off your next visit! Unheard of! The staff is always so approachable and kind. Every interaction I’ve seen of the staff with other pet parents has always been respectful. The hospital is always clean and tidy ,and the exam rooms are free of clutter. Dr. H has seen my dog Peach a few times now and he is such a great doctor. He communicates everything thoroughly so I am not left with any questions. The techs and assistants are so hard working and I always see them attending to appts quickly so no one is waiting too long. Booking appts is so easy with the virtual appt scheduler, and I have not had any issues getting my pets in for a visit.
