I like this location Bella and I had an amazing experience. The only suggestion I have is if the patients could receive an estimate of what they could possibly have to pay in advance just to be prepared. I know maybe all things may not be able to have a estimate but it s the preparer in me lol . Overall amazing experience

They did an excellent job helping my dog after a scary pitbull encounter. I felt listened to and like they cared about my dog.

Merrick has never disappointed us in regards to quality of care and our pets needs.

It wasn t your fault that I stood there for a half hour waiting but you had other customers that had to have a thirty-minute conversation. Next time maybe just ask them to hold and take the next person waiting.

Love bringing my pets to Merrick!! Service is exceptional, prices are great, facility is always clean, and I never have to wait long to be seen. Highly recommend bringing your pets to this wonderful vet!

The person checking in was not uber friendly. MD was very friendly and check out was friendly. I asked when I should come back but was never told.

Staff seemed to have not got me checked in when arrived. After 15 minutes in the waiting room I got a phone call reminding me I had an appointment. I let them know I was out in the waiting room.

The entire staff of amazing Doctors and techs has made the experiences I ve had with my cats memorable..I ve been with Merrick for about 40 years. Never unhappy / or dissatisfied with their services. I totally trust and respect their expertise in Veterinarian health. Sincerely Lynda Spino

I can t walk my dog into the building. He s very strong and I have bad knees. I am able to drop him off in the back for nail trims and even his yearly exams. The staff will call me on my cellphone and let me know when he is finished. The doctor will also call and let me know how he is doing. The staff at Merrick is amazing. They always have been and I have been taking my pets there for many years.
