Everything was amazing about the hospital visit, staff and Dr Horowitz and how he explained everything and answered my questions. The staff was so sweet with our dog. The facility was clean. (The only thing was the waiting room had a strong scent of an air freshener or fragrance in the air.) Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

We were very pleased with the time taken and concern for our kitties.

I’ve been bring my fur babies here for over 10 years. They are so kind and accommodating that I would never consider taking my babies anywhere else.

It would be nice to have a senior citizen discount for those of us who are on social security

4 stars for #1 because I made the appointment two weeks in advance. I have found it difficult to make timely appointments for suddenly arising more pressing concerns.However, all of my appointments with techs and vets are professional and personable.

The clinic staff and Dr Horowitz are very friendly and are very helpful taking care with our Pets.
