I love Merrick and the staff. They ve always been so friendly and patient with me and my dogs. Dr. Horowitz is amazing and very loving with our pets, every visit feels very welcoming.

Dr. Horowitz is amazing. He is kind and gentle in tough moments. Last year when one of our cats became very ill, he helped us make the right decision. His reassurance and compassion will not be forgotten. The entire practice followed up with a card expressing their condolences for the loss of our beloved pet and Dr. Horowitz’s hand written message really brought us a lot of peace. We have since seen his for general check ups for our other cat and he is both informative and thorough. I left the appointment feeling like I had the whole picture of the health of my cat and a vision into future care.

Everything was amazing about the hospital visit, staff and Dr Horowitz and how he explained everything and answered my questions. The staff was so sweet with our dog. The facility was clean. (The only thing was the waiting room had a strong scent of an air freshener or fragrance in the air.) Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

We were very pleased with the time taken and concern for our kitties.
