I couldn t click all 5 stars. I wouldn t go anywhere else. I was allowed to make two payments.

I love Merrick and the staff. They ve always been so friendly and patient with me and my dogs. Dr. Horowitz is amazing and very loving with our pets, every visit feels very welcoming.

Batty and Iris love coming to see her friends at Merrick . They always make them feel welcome!!!!!

The office staff were fast friendly and efficient!

Every one of the ladies that work at Merrick are super kind, respectful, and as helpful as can be. I ve never had a bad experience ever. In fact I feel like the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate everyone.

Dr. Horowitz is amazing. He is kind and gentle in tough moments. Last year when one of our cats became very ill, he helped us make the right decision. His reassurance and compassion will not be forgotten. The entire practice followed up with a card expressing their condolences for the loss of our beloved pet and Dr. Horowitz’s hand written message really brought us a lot of peace. We have since seen his for general check ups for our other cat and he is both informative and thorough. I left the appointment feeling like I had the whole picture of the health of my cat and a vision into future care.

Everything was amazing about the hospital visit, staff and Dr Horowitz and how he explained everything and answered my questions. The staff was so sweet with our dog. The facility was clean. (The only thing was the waiting room had a strong scent of an air freshener or fragrance in the air.) Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

We were very pleased with the time taken and concern for our kitties.

I t would not allow me to make choices. It was just a little hard to get the appointment I wanted but everything else was good.

husband and i enjoyed julie. she is the best vet that i have seen at merrick. her enthusiam...knowlege. explanation of what she found on the tr ests. she was so helpful in making a decision with boo our cat.well we have decided to keep him and will be using his lavender dry shampoo tonight. husband is delighted with her/ will be in contact with her about boo s teeth. again.. thank you and a big hug to you for duch good work. regards

I’ve been bring my fur babies here for over 10 years. They are so kind and accommodating that I would never consider taking my babies anywhere else.

It would be nice to have a senior citizen discount for those of us who are on social security
