I really appreciated Cassandra. She followed up with me so well so a big could use for her and the other staff. My only question was this was the first time I think I’ve ever been to a vet were the examination was done by the surgeon but I wasn’t present for the examination that was just a different procedure that I wasn’t used to and I wondered why

We are longtime Parkway patients and really love the team there. They’ve helped us through the best and hardest moments of our pups lives and we always appreciate the care we receive. Our most recent appt was different. The technician wasn’t kind at all. She spoke down to me telling me I didn’t know about my pups breed when I’ve had this breed for over 20 years and am the pet parent to other dogs of the same breed even now. She further mentioned she didn’t know if I had previous experience with senior dogs. I have two seniors and just lost my very old pup a few weeks ago. It stung. She had been berating me about a growth on my pups ear when I told her I was cleaning it like Dr. Lopez told me to. She said she’d check with Dr. Lopez. When she returned with my pup, she said Dr. Lopez verified I was doing the right thing but said she wasn’t sure if that was good and suggested I bring my pup in for another appt and ask for tests. All in all, it was a rough appt and unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at Parkway. I’m used to extremely kind, friendly, knowledgeable team members. This was definitely an unusual interaction and no amount of friendliness on my part helped. I don’t know who our tech was but I really don’t want her caring for our pups again.

My dog needed to be seen same day and even though the office was booked, they made it work to get my dog in. Everyone at the office is so nice from the receptionists to the assistants to the doctors.

I am always so impressed with Parkway, from the moment we are greeted upon arrival, with initial meeting and input with the vet techs, and most importantly, when meeting with our vet, Dr. Bower. We very much appreciate having Parkway in our lives, knowing that our pup is always well cared for!

The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. My cats were as comfortable as they will get, away from their safe environment of home, and the staff was very patient and soothing with them. I will not take them anywhere else for medical or wellness treatment.
