The charge of $69.95 for Exam is unreasonable since this visit was only for part 2 of the Lepto vaccine. I was previously charged $69.95 just three weeks earlier when we came in the the annual exam.

This was the second time I’d called to have a pet looked at on the same day and both times were able to accommodate. Will be moving all of our pets to this location going forward. Thank you all!

Great service, friendly staff and super easy to schedule.

We know that we needed 2 vaccines shots because of the mail notification that was sent. When we got home in San Diego 2 days later, we got another mail notification saying one more vaccine is about to expire. The vet and the technician should look through the profile and realize that when we were in the clinic. We could have gone to any veterinary in San Diego but we didn’t and going back there because we really like Dr White and Dr Lopez. Just a recommendation for his staff to be a bit more thorough.

I had my hands full with a 2 yr old, my adult daughter in a wheelchair and a puppy. The young woman came out and helped me with my puppy and put my disabled daughter in the room so I could just focus on my 2yr old. She was so caring and answered all my questions about my puppy.

We had nail trims at 11:45 for 2 dogs, took almost 30 minutes and when we ve gone to the Stock Shop, 5 minutes for both dogs. Vet tech told me we had a noon appointment, told her that s not what the text reminder told me. Also, one of my dogs yelped from the back and I heard it through two closed doors; she tried to tell me she was very wiggly. Told her that is NOT true, we ve been there when they ve done them at our usual place, she kisses them and is very good. Will not come back for nail trims, like Drs. White and Bower but think the techs were goofing off with no docs there.

There were two technicians in the room with us. They both were so kind to Destiny!! Dr. White was thorough and took his time to explain things to us.

I so appreciate the method used to evaluate my pet s issues and for walking me through our options. Thank you for all of your guidance.

I was very happy this visit. Last visit my dog was given more shots that I didn’t think he needed (he had been given the same shots as the rescue had given him). But this time they went through everything and let me chose what I thought he needed. Will continue coming here with the change on that.

Everyone there is very nice. However, each time I come in, they try to sell me a $450 blood work program that supposedly checks all the vitals of your pet. I always turn it down but it gets old because I know its coming when it comes time to pay. Additionally, the treatment recommendations are excessive in my opinion along with the proposed associated costs and I m not sure I will be able to continue bringing my dog there.

Dr.Bower and staff were excellent. They took the time to answer any questions or concerns we had.

Having to wait a week for a 5 minute appointment for a blood draw by a vet tech was excessive. I feel improvement in this area would be appreciated.

Dr. White and Dr. Lopez and all the staff are wonderful!

This was the first time we ve seen Dr. Lopez, and she was great. She really took her time examining Jax, explaining what was wrong and the actions needed. We also really liked Elle, and how she interacted with jax.

Dr. Lopez is absolutely and utterly amazing, and her team is also very talented. There is no animal clinic that can hold a candlestick to theirs. It s the finest around. Keep up the exceptional work! Plus, the decor is both professional yet, at the same time, warm and welcoming. Thank you for all you do.

Overall parkway is significantly overpriced compared to other clinics. Moreover I then went and spent significantly money at another vet who could perform the possibly recommended surgery for my dog, just to find out that the other vet was shocked to see the recommendation from parkway as well as the cost. The parkway radiologist didn’t agree with the vet. I have experienced this multiple times and it seems to just be more and more about walking out spending $600-$700 and not about the overall welfare of the pet and pocketbook of the pet owner.
