Dr. Lopez is the best vet EVER!

This isn t allowing me to mark the stars? Everything listed was all very good 5 stars, and Dr Bower too. After the weekend we requested a copy of the diagnosis, tests etc. and requested an eye pressure check before heading to CO today. Kaitlin said no one could do it and we d have to wait until tomorrow. We checked 2 hours later and at least Carla was nice enough to send our earlier request via email.

Dr. Clancy and her vet techs were wonderful as always. Thank you.

Dr Lopez and all staff have been helpful with Timmy, compassionate and knowledgeable in doing what is best for him. The Vet and staff respond promptly in the office and by phone when I ve contacted them.

Clicking the stars did not work but they would all be 5 except cleanliness. The vet and tech were wonderful, super friendly and knowledgeable and great with our dog. It s too bad that the room was not clean taking a bit away from the experience. I hate to even bring it up but cleanliness is so important for medical situations. I would never say it in a online review but thought others must notice as well. The floor still had pee from another dog that our dog stepped on and sniffed. The carpet on the counter was nice for the dogs but dirty and full of other hair. We asked that a pee pad be put on the carpet, maybe an easy solution.

Thank you again for taking such good care of Stashu. He healed up so quickly, and we appreciate all of the great care and attention he has received.

We followed Dr. Bower to Parkway, and have been very happy doing so. As always, we VERY much appreciate Dr. Bower, and now are getting to know several of the technicians. We’re always impressed with the service and support while there, as well as the follow up. Thank you to Parkway!

Dr Lopez as well as the staff are fantastic. She spends time discussing our 2 pups situations. Never rushing you out to handle the next appt.

All the front desk staff, Techs, and Vets at Parkway are amazing! We really appreciate the level of care they provide and the genuine concern they have for our dogs. They take time to explain options and treatments, and they always follow-up. All staff are wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable.

I have been seeing Dr. Bauer for some years now. Followed him from one practice to another. He is one of the most compassionate and friendly Vets I have ever met. His staff goes out of they re way to make sure that the visit is an enjoyable one. I will always stay with Dr. Bauer for my dogs wellbeing.

I usually have no complaints about this office. I came to my apt and saw a whole new staff I’d never seen before. Dr. Was great and explained everything. Was greeted by a kind woman. But, my tech took my dog back for his anal glands to be realeased and let me know she was only able to do one side, I was still charged for the whole thing. Also, he noticeably had an odor when he got back that was unbearable. I looked under his tail and he was covered in poop. So much that I had to come back in to get a towel before putting him in the car. We had just came from the groomer, which she knew, and didn’t care to better clean him up. The visit was $200+ and I’m not sure for what. I was disappointed in my visit.

We have always had wonderful care of all of our dogs since we have been going to Parkway Animal Hospital! Staff is always professional and caring. We do want to say how GREAT Melinda is. We have known her for many years and she is SIMPLY THE BEST!!!

We are so happy with the doctors and the staff.

We have been going to Parkway Animal Hospital for years. Our dogs have had top notch care from the doctors and assistants. Melinda is incredible -- she goes above and beyond listening and answering any and all questions! All of our dogs love her!

Excellent care for all my dogs! Staff is always courteous, friendly, and professional. I’ve been to many vet clinics, and this is the best one, and I would highly recommend to anybody.
