Honestly, if a business provides quality customer service then a survey is not ever needed. Asking for a survey after a customer interaction creates an environment of being micromanaged for the employee. Think about it……Who wants to work for a business that does not trust them to perform their duties they hired to perform?

Parkway welcomed our new baby Rue with open arms. They were so loving and helpful throughout the whole appt. We re so happy with all the docs and techs at Parkway.

The vets and staff are great here. However, after having several visits, I have found the wait times within the room to be too long. The back and forth of vet tech visit, vet, vet tech visit 2, payment and treatment with a wait between each one can be rather frustrating. Other than that everything else is excellent.

While our Vet is Dr. Bower (and we adore him), we also appreciate knowing that there are others that can provide care and consult when necessary.

Love parkway animal clinic! The service and level of care for my pet is amazing.

Everything was great but some things not explained in the room till tech came in and went over the billing so hmmm. Vet was great knowledge & tech the same but why was there here is more to add got to have those ad ons make that money. Very Odd. Trying to find a great vet who treats us like our pets and listening to our needs. Not to scam us into unnecessary items we have 3 dogs but again Veterinarian & tech great but was coming from another facility that did the same upcharge BS.
