I explained my concerns about my dog to the receptionist that answered the phone, and she told me I should bring her in. I brought in my dog, and I was immediately placed in a room. I chatted briefly with a nurse, and waited for a little over an hour before being told another animal was being taken to emergency surgery so we would be waiting for another 1-2 hours. At that point, the same nurse said that he was not overtly concerned about my dog in an emergent nature, but that I should follow up with our regular vet the next day. All in all, I understand the nature of emergency triaging, but I wish someone would have sooner communicated that what I was seeing/concerned about wasn’t incredibly time sensitive. Everyone was super kind nonetheless!!

Vending machines would be most helpful! Especially with unknown wait times.

Didn t get any clear cut explanations as to what was wrong with my cat so they sent her home for monitoring. She died the next day.

I have always had extremely good service at this facility. With that being said, this experience was less than exemplary. The initial greeting was not friendly even in a pretty emergent situation I would expect a certain level of empathy. I felt very attacked by the vet in particular who was very harsh and judgmental. Luckily I have been in this situation before or I would have been very turned off by this location. The nurse also was very abrupt and when he came back in after an extended amount of time, his facial expressions suggested that something awful had happened. Not ONCE did ANYONE express any empathy to me about my pet. Mostly all just very harsh criticism. This is the first time I felt not welcome at this facility ??????

Doctor Hartman and Technician MC were great. Everyone was very caring! MC was so nice holding Zoe in a blanket while she finished the visit on the computer.

I think you wait way more than you should in between the nurse and the doctor and billing. I also didn’t feel like anyone actually examined my dog well.

My only negative comment is about the wait. I was told I had one patient ahead of my dog but I ended up being there for over 5 hours-most of that was waiting. There was a lot of time between taking chief complaints, having doctor see my dog, getting a fee estimate, getting the services, etc. A more stream-lined approach would have helped. I understand you guys are busy tho. Also, I received a phone call Monday night with the radiologist s interpretation of my dog s x-rays. It was different than what I was told when I was in with her. I left being told there was basically nothing wrong except throat irritation that could *not* be seen on x-ray and that was it. The radiologist s interpretation was different. I am very, very grateful for the follow up phone call. I always sing the praises of your facility to whomever I know because my dog always gets so well cared for. Your doctor s and staff are kind to me and my dog. Thank you for the friendly, professional care you provide.

They’re very nice and caring. I was there for 65 minutes though, and I probably only had people in my room seven minutes..

The staff was awesome. We were greeted right away. I was impressed by the responsiveness. Our nurse and doctor were super awesome. I feel confident we have a place to go in the event of an emergency. Fuck every single one of you, it was a mistake ever taking my baby to you. That whole business is a fucking joke and none of you know what the fuck you guys are doing. The doctor can burn in hell for all I fucking care. I hope she loses the most important thing to her like I fucking did.

The staff was very friendly and informative on what was going on and all the plan laid out on how we were going to fix everything. I appreciate the team deeply as i love my Aphea very much and the team was very compassionate with their demeanor.
