Noah’s was incredibly welcoming and calming for both me and my distressed pup. After our vet advised us to seek urgent care, we were relieved by how kind and easygoing the staff were. We were quickly taken to a room and promptly seen by a nurse, followed by the doctor. They reassured us that we were in good hands, and everything—from the care process to pricing—was communicated clearly and upfront. Their professionalism and compassion made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

The doctor like to use the technical terms when 99% of people that come in with an emergency have no clue what they’re talking about. It would be helpful to have the doctors talk in plain English so people know what they’re talking about but it seems like they do this as more of a scare factor so you’ll agree to the outrageous charges that they try to present you with, and then once you say that you’re not paying that they magically come back with lower rates really is kind of a shame that you take advantage of people in a time of need in desperation with sick animals

So appreciate the care given to Scarlett. She is not an easy patient, but the entire team did wonderfully in assessing her and then providing a plan of care. I couldn t get her in for an appointment soon enough, but was willing to pay a little more to bring her in on the emergency side. It was a bit of a wait, but I understood the need to prioritize other pets coming in. The care was worth the wait!

Everyone there was very nice and attentive. The Vet tech and Doctor were very nice and informative. I was so pleased with the service and compassion for my best friend. He is alive and well today because of them.

While the concern we came in about turned out to be nothing serious (just a sprain) the doctor spotted evidence of another (unrelated) condition and alerted us to it. We were able to get our puppy s diet adjusted and get in contact with a regular (non-emergency) vet to address this in plenty of time, preventing future pain for our pup and all kinds of future medical bills. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

Dr spent a good amount of time explaining what all was going on with our community cat and answering questions to help us make the best decision. We ended up making the difficult decision to humanely euthanize kitty. Vet techs were extremely kind and compassionate. So thankful for you all. <3

Staff was very thorough and kind in their explanations of what was happening as well as the entire process of helping my pet.

I was there for two hours for a simple abcess. The doctor who saw my cat did not want to touch him. No one cleaned his wound. He needed an antibiotic and your facility did not have an injectable on hand. They instead gave me an oral antibiotic but did not administer the first dose. For nearly $300, I thought this was meh service at best.

every time I have come there everyone has been exceedingly helpful. I m listened to and help is either provided or I am directed to where I can get more specific service. The night I was there, there was an emergency with a dog that had been the victim of a hit and run. That set back my wait time some, but I did not mind. There was a lot of sadness as the dog could not be saved. Anyway, my cat s issues were not dire so we were fine waiting.

I waited for the estimate for meds a long time and no one explained that they had to mix it, but since I hadn t signed the estimate, not sure they were mixing it yet, so I didn t get the prices or anything, before I had to leave for an appt. I paid the ER exam fee, and they accommodated a return to pick up meds. Not a problem for me, I live close. Recommend better communication if wait times are prolonged after the exam. Also, the instructions on that particular mixed med did not match the printed instructions. Bear in mind, most people don t go home and re-read the printed -- they read the bottle. And we re not always going to remember what was discussed. On this particular item, it wasn t a dangerous med, but for something else.... Mistakes happen, but they can prove tragic in a med/vet situation. I have no problem with the people I interacted with. Everyone was professional, courteous, and caring, and in general, I trust Noah s.

Dr. Wright and the vet tech were so kind and listened to my concerns and addressed everything thoroughly. I’m looking forward to returning here for annual checkups, when we typically dread the thought!

Great experience! The vet was great and very thorough. Staff was very friendly! I was informed about charges prior to treatment so no surprises. I hope I don’t have to come back with my pet but if I do, I’m glad I know a great place to bring him!!

We, always, have a good experience with our Noah s. Cocoa grew up going there. She loves them..they love her. Such caring people for pets and their families.
